Returns

Because our products are ingestible dietary supplements, we cannot accept returns of opened or used products for health and safety reasons. If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 14 days of delivery at info@nutriboostlifestyle.com or +1 (833) 412-0331 and we will make it right with a replacement or refund.

Refunds

If your return or claim is approved, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5-10 business days. Shipping costs are non-refundable except in cases where we made an error or the product arrived damaged or defective.

Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled free of charge as long as they have not yet shipped. Once an order has shipped, our standard return terms above apply.

Subscriptions

You can cancel, pause, or modify your Subscribe & Save subscription at any time before your next billing date by contacting us at info@nutriboostlifestyle.com. Refunds for subscription orders follow the same policy as one-time orders above.
